From about 1947 to 1971 four small U. S. Army Security Agency Intelligence groups, located on the Island of Luzon, at Las Pinas and Stotsenburg Station, Pampanga, Philippine Islands operated communications facilities to help in the world wide support of NSA intelligence gathering..

This site's original founder is Jim Murphy, an Army Security Agency Veteran. It is dedicated  to him and to the troops that endured the good and bad times, put in the long tiring hours at their positions, and partied just as hard during their off-duty hours on a tropical island, located half way around the world from their homes. (A Letter from Jim Murphy)
