Yoi. (For directional purposes you are facing south)
1. Look to your left (east), slide left foot to your left into back stance while executing a mid level inside block with your left hand.

2. Immediately after the block follow up with a right hand counter punch while sliding your left foot into immovable stance..

3. Look west over your right shoulder and slowly draw your right foot to your left foot while moving your left hand into the "flowing water" position. This position has the left hand in front and parallel to your body about an inch in front of it and with a slight down angle. Right fist at the hip. (As if you have drawn yourself into your opponent and are executing a hook punch with the left hand to the back of the neck.)

4. Slide your right foot west into back stance while executing a mid level inside block with your right hand.

5. Immediately after the block follow up with a left hand counter punch while sliding your left foot into immovable stance..

6. Look south. Slowly draw your left foot to your right foot while moving your right hand into the "flowing water" position. As in step 3.  (As if you have drawn yourself into your opponent and are executing a hook punch with the left hand to the back of the neck.)

7. Step south with your right leg into back stance while executing reinforced or double inside block (chudan morote-uke) with your right hand supported by your left hand.

8. Step forward (left foot forward) into a very low or deep front stance while executing a lower level cross block (gedan juji-uke)

9. Sharply slide the left foot back as to move into a higher front stance while withdrawing your hands and force them upwards into open handed cross block. (jodan juji-uke).

10. Pull your hands to your right hip while rotating your hands palm to palm so your right hand ends with palm facing up near your hip and your left hand on top of it, palm facing down, palm to palm.

Bunki Explains this last couple series of movements better.
Your opponent attacks with a front kick / you block with the lower level cross block cross block.
Your opponent follows with a right hand lunge punch face. / You block with a open handed cross block. Trap and pull while turning the opponents hand clockwise to unbalance him.

11. Counter attack with left hand punch mid level. (chudan zuki), right hand closes to a fist at your right hip.

12. Step forward with your right leg into front stance and execute a right hand stepping punch (oi-zuki.)

KIAI!!!

13. Here's where direction changes. Draw your right leg towards your left leg while raising your knee and execute a stomping kick with the right foot  towards the north. while executing a down block (gedan barai) with your right hand. You just rotated 180 deg counter clock wise into horse stance on your left leg. Your hips and chest face west in  while you look in the direction of movement, north.

14. Look South. Slowly extend an open left hand to the south. (possible bunki; open handed block or grabbing a opponent) Right hand a closed fist at your right hip.

15. Kick (crescent kick) with your right leg. Bottom of foot into your open left hand.

16. While lowering your right leg into horse stance attack with your right elbow strike into your open left hand.

17. Look to the south. Shift your weight completely to your right foot slide your left foot so it rests lightly behind the right foot. Execute mid level reinforced inside block (chudan morote-uke) to the south with your right hand. Stance is kosa-dachi .

18. Sharply look to the north while. straightening your right leg and drive your right fist upwards while keeping your left hand in contact with it. As if after blocking mid-level you drove that same fist into your opponents chin while at that moment prepared for the next opponent coming from the north

19. Jump high and north one steps worth of space. Spining 180 degrees counter clockwise in air while moving both fists to a position near your hips. Land on your right foot facing west with your left foot resting lightly behind your right foot and execute a low level two handed cross block ( gedan juji-uke ). Your hips and the block should be as low as possible while maintaining good posture / Back straight. Stance is kosa-dachi.

KIAI!!! In mid air.

20. Step north with your right foot into front stance while executing a mid level reinforced or double block (chudan morote-uke) with your right hand.

21.a Look south. Shift your body into a south facing front stance (zenkutsu dachi) while thrusting a right open hand forward and down, palm facing up and your open left hand sweeping east to west above your shoulder. Left hand is executing a block / hand push-away. Right hand is striking towards groin.
21b Pull your hips slightly backwards and adjust the left foot into back stance while executing a ripping motion with your right hand. Ends as a closed fist held up behind you as in preparing for a outside block. Fist is behind your head, with the elbow slightly higher than your shoulder (Best description I could come up with) Your left hand executes a down block (gedan barai) Bunki would be more to the likeness of a strike to the groin rather than a down block. Same motion.

22a. Drawing your legs together. Withdraw your left foot to your right leg. Stand in a feet together stance, looking south with chest and hips facing west.
22b. Turn sharply 180 deg counter clock wise. Fists will trade positions and feet will stay together. Now your chest will be facing east. right hand will be in down block position  towards south.
22c. Lunge forwards (south) with the right foot into front stance while thrusting a left open hand forward and down, palm facing up and your open right hand sweeping west to east upper level, above your shoulder. Right hand is executing a block / hand push-away. Left hand is striking towards groin.
22d.Pull your hips slightly backwards and adjust the right foot into back stance while executing a ripping motion with your left hand. Ends as a closed fist held up behind you as in preparing for a outside block. Fist is behind your head, with the elbow slightly higher than your shoulder (Best description I could come up with) Your right hand executes a down block (gedan barai). Bunki would be more to the likeness of a strike to the groin rather than a down block. Same motion.

Yame.

Yasume.

The ending of this Kata is for me hard to put into words. Step 21 a-b are executed as a constant flow of movement. as is 22 a-d
