Kata tips;
    Moves 1&2 . The leg movement into back stance is executed sharply as well as the hands opening. While the hand / arm movement is executed slowly and with perfect focus. also the lead foot steps out into back stance moving the body as the hands remain centered. This gives the illusion that the hands are actually moving rearward when in fact they do not.

    Moves 5, 19, 20, and 21. The lead foot and hand end movement at the same time. Pushing all the body's momentum into the block, rather than foot ending in back stance and then the upper body completing movement after. This can be some what difficult to master in this kata.

    Moves 6 & 7 / 8 & 9. Moves 6 &  7 are executed as one move, or one count as is moves 8 & 9. Also after the side kick do not just drop the leg downward into front stance. Pull the leg back again and then move it out into front stance. Think of any basic kick. You strike out and then bring it back as so you are not grabed by your opponent.

    Moves 11 & 12 are executed as one. I broke many such moves up for the purpose of explanation in this kata. Also while executing the front kick lunge forward as to move ahead almost two steps. You can tell when you fail to do this because you do not end the kata in the spot where you began it.

    Moves 23 & 24 are executed as on move, or count. Also it is not considered wrong, lest not by me, to execute a stomping kick with the right foot as it is descended to the ground.

A few applications or Bunki;

Moves 6 thru 9. You look and see your opponent punching towards you. Back fist towards opponents head while pushing aside their strike with the same motion, and sneak that side kick in to their abdomen. Opponent bends in the middle and the back fist hand opens as your side kick foot touches the ground hooking or grabbing the back of their head. Opposite arm elbow strikes opponents head. You are trying to reach your own hand on the back side of their head with your strike.

    Moves 11 & 12. You block opponents punch and reach up and grab opponents head then in on swift move you pull down their head and force your knee up to their face. Focus of you hand and knee movements are so that they pass each other. As this is taking place a second opponent is advancing to your back side you turn sharply and knife hand block as opponent executes a middle level punch towards you.
