Yoi. (You are facing north)
Look West. Step out 90 degrees counter-clockwise into back stance (left foot moves), and simultaneously execute a right hand rising block (towards North) and a upper level inside block (towards west). The end result is that your arms should form a "box" shape, with your left arm perpendicular to the floor and your right arm parallel to the floor above forehead level. ** See flash movie above **
Right hand swings from rising block position to the west ,as if grabbing for opponents beard or striking palm up to the face. At the same time the left hand pulls back just below the left ear. Forearm of the right arm is in contact with the outer forearm of the left. The upper body rotates counter-clockwise to accommodate this, but the feet remain in place. (One proposed bunki to this move is that you are trapping an opponent's arm between your two arms, breaking it in the process)
Allowing your hips to move once more, execute a left hand middle level punch, retracting your right hand to your right hip.
Look East. Step out 180 degrees clockwise into back stance moving left leg, and simultaneously execute a left hand rising block (towards North) and a right hand upper level inside block (towards west). The end result is that your arms should form a "box" shape, with your left arm perpendicular to the floor and your right arm parallel to the floor above forehead level.

Look South. Bring the left foot a half step East, towards the right foot. Bring the right leg up in a side kick facing south. Chamber the right fist on top of the left fist, on the left hip. Look South. Simultaneously execute a right leg side kick and a middle level back fist.
Re-chamber the right leg, and step back into back stance, (Facing north, right leg forward) while executing a middle level knife hand block.
Step forward into back stance, while executing a knife hand block.
Step forward into back stance, while executing a knife hand block.
Step forward into back stance, at the same time left hand executes a pushing block downwards stopping when the left arm is horizontal to the floor. Right hand comes over the top of the left and executes a middle level knife hand strike. KIAI!!!
Bring the left leg up next to the right, still facing North. Step out 270 degrees counter-clockwise into back stance (left leg forward) facing East, while executing a middle level knife hand block.
Looking South East, step out 45 degrees clockwise into back stance, (right leg forward) while executing a middle level knife hand block.
Looking West, step (right leg moves) out 135 degrees clockwise into back stance, (right leg forward) while executing a middle level knife hand.
Looking South West, step (left leg moves) out 45 degrees clockwise into back stance, right foot forward, while executing a middle level knife hand block.
Looking South, step out South ( left leg moves) into front stance, while executing a right arm, middle level inside block.
Still holding the block, execute a left leg front kick. Left leg lands forward (front stance) execute a counter punch. (right arm), inside block right arm.
Front kick, left leg. end in front stance left leg forward. Execute a right arm counter punch.
Step forward into front stance, right leg forward and execute a right arm reinforced inside arm block.
Bring the left leg up next to the right. Looking West, step out 270 degrees counter-clockwise into front stance, (left leg forward facing west), while executing a left hand down block.
Looking North West, execute a left hand, open hand, rising block. Immediately follow by stepping out 45 degrees clockwise into front stance, right leg forward. Facing North West, while executing a right hand rising block. (One proposed bunki to these last few moves is that you grab the arm that is lunging toward you with the right hand then step in and break the elbow joint with the left.)
Looking East, step out 135 degrees into front stance, right leg forward, while executing a down block.
Looking North East, execute a right hand rising block, immediately follow by stepping out 45 degrees counter-clockwise into front stance, (left leg forward), facing North East, while executing a left hand rising block. KIAI!!!
