Oliver Twist was brave and asked for more, Pumpkin Theatre needs to do that as well.

Our goal has always been to bring the best theatre possible because we feel young people deserve nothing less. We know from experience just how critical those first encounters with theatre can be, and we take our responsibility very seriously and joyously. We want to create lifelong learners; we love to watch families come together at the theatre; to have great laughs and conversations and make memories that last a lifetime.

Alas, happily ever after doesn't happen for free.

But we also need to be practical. Our ticket sales cover about 40% of the cost of running Pumpkin Theatre. We need to support our educational programs; we need to provide free tickets to underprivileged students and schools to expose them to live theatre for the first time; and we need to sustain the quality of the productions at Pumpkin Theatre.
