Click the Advanced tab and you will see a screen something like this:-
Make sure that Remote Port is set to 21
Make sure that Passive transfers is selected
Click on the Firewall tab. You will see a screen like this:-
If you are using a Firewall you will need to change these settings. If not, make sure everything
is blank.
Click on the OK button, and you should then be connected and see a screen like
this:-
